Charming studio located in a quiet area, south of Lacanau-Océan close to beaches (700 m) and shops (300 m) with pizzeria, bakery, delicatessen and roast chickens. Friendly atmosphere in the morning at breakfast on the south-facing terrace and zen in the evening in the mixture of pine resin and ocean spray scents. Many songs were born in this little wooden house! Looking forward to welcoming you! The space Large original and charming studio/T1 composed of a living room with dining room, equipped kitchen, bar and shower room. A dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, small TV and fridge are at your disposal. The large bay window gives access to a beautiful terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors even in the evening. Upstairs you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and a seating area (sofa, coffee table and cable TV). To give you the choice, I offer a cleaning option to be paid on site: €40 If not, the accommodation must be returned in a clean condition. Remember to bring bed linen and towels.
