Our cottage accommodates 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a bright friendly living room with dining area, as well as a kitchen with access to the terrace. The conveniences of the quiet house include a private pool with garden and sun loungers, private parking on the property, free WiFi and air conditioning in all bedrooms. It's just 5 minutes to Sa Coma Beach. The space Can Pedro offers plenty of space to spend your holiday relaxing by the sea. In just a 5 minute walk you are on the beach Sa Coma. Nevertheless, our cottage is quietly located in a residential area. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, bars & restaurants, a pharmacy, two doctors' houses (24-hour service), several car rental companies, a tennis and sports facility and a bank. Particularly beautiful is an evening walk on the beach promenade of Sa Coma, with its bars and restaurants. With 180 square meters, the house is perfect for spending a family vacation here. The new pool in its own garden offers a welcome cooling off and is a delight especially for children. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Other amenities of the house include amenities such as a TV with German satellite TV (with DVD player), internet access via Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, new stove with ceramic plates, and a large fridge with separate freezer.
