Our Condo is a First Floor - 2 full bedroom, 2 full bathroom, NEWLEY remodeled and NEWLEY furnished unit located at Blue Knob All Seasons Resort. I provide most essentials, such as, hand soap, a few rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, and linens Unit has WiFi. The space You will receive a lockbox code to access the keys to the condo. I ask that you replace the keys in the lock box when you leave. The key fob to the pool will be on the counter. Please make sure it is there when you leave. Fully equipped kitchen with Electric range/oven, Fridge, Microwave and K-cup coffee maker. We keep a variety of K-cups on hand for your convenience. We also have the following items stocked in the kitchen for your convenience. A crockpot, pots, pans, silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, cutting boards and a toaster. WiFi available. Cable provided through youtubeTV, Hulu and Netflix on all 3 flat screen TVs. There is a boot dryer in the entry way closet for your convenience. Please remove all shoes when you enter and place them in the entry way closest. Hangers provided in the same closet for any wet clothing. The fireplace is electric. We will not give refunds if the rec center, ski slopes, tubing park or other amenities are closed. It’s beyond my control as to what’s open or closed at any given time since I don’t own the amenities available at the resort. I only have control over the condo itself. This condo is roughly 30 minutes from Altoona, 50 minutes from Johnstown, 90 minutes from State College and 40 minutes from Bedford, Pa. Check in time is 3:00pm Check out time is 11:00am If you have booked for a pet- note that we do not accept cats. At checkout you MUST close and lock ALL doors and windows!! Failure to follow this house rule will result in a negative review and lost security deposit.
