The space We only accept bookings of 30 days or more. Wine Cottage By The Sea is situated in the beautiful and exclusive Bel’Aire Winelands Estate in Somerset West. Self-catering accommodation is offered in a private, open-plan studio cottage situated on a residential property. The security estate is surrounded by large gardens and open spaces, and is located approximately 15 minutes from Strand Beach, three Golf courses, numerous shops and restaurants and offers easy access to the Winelands. The open-plan studio cottage contains a king-size bed, a settee or a double sofa bed, a dining and lounge area with a TV, WiFi, Satelite, and a built-in cupboard, and a small fully equipped kitchenette, with a microwave, a 2-plate cooker, full size fridge/freezer, and a filter coffee machine. There is also a braai (barbecue). Long term guests (30 days or more) will have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. The Cottage has a private entrance, as well as a garden, and an alfresco dining area with a view of the sea. The cottage is separate from the main house, but the hosts do live in the house above and are available to assist with any tips and advice about the area. A car is recommended to explore the area, and secure parking is available. The security estate is located within close proximity to beaches, golf courses, shops, movies and restaurants and is approximately half an hour from Cape Town International Airport and 40 minutes from Cape Town city centre. This is a security estate, so your identification documents will be required in order to obtain access cards. Guest access The cottage is a stand alone, private unit, studio style apartment, with a private garden and outdoor dining area. All amenities are provided. Suitable for a couple, or a family with children. The hosts live in the house above, and are available to give you tips and advice about the area.
