Rumah Obit is one of the lodging options that offer modesty and simplicity in the middle of Yogyakarta city, surrounded with very friendly people and a quiet neighborhood. It is suitable for you who want to spend your vacation with family and friends. Resides in a very strategic location in the middle of Jogjakarta city. 14 minutes from Tugu station and 23 minutes from Adisucipto International Airport. Rumah Obit is also close to some famous Jogjakarta tourist destinations. The space Rumah Obit is not too big or luxurious, but surely offers you comfort and makes you feel like home. It is a 2 storey house. The 1st floor consists of 2 rooms, living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining area. While the 2nd floor consists of 1 room only. We have a terrace in front of the house with 1 set of bench and a spacious outdoor area with cute hammock. We also have quite spacious parking area that can occupy 3 - 4 cars. For those of you who bring motorcycle, you can park your vehicle on the terrace area. Guest access We have total 3 private rooms in the house. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 room with double bed (160x200cm) and 1 bedroom with bunkbed (120x200cm). On the 2nd floor only 1 room with double bed (160x200cm). When you're stay at our house, you will get 1 set of keys, front door key all rooms keys. Please always lock the door when you're leaving. A cozy living room with 32 inch TV complete with Cable TV, 3 sofa set that can also be set to a mat if you wanna chill in our living room. in the back area there is a kitchen and dining table, which can also be used with simple cooking utensils,but please clean it afterwards. Free flow of water (hot & cold) contained in the dispenser , coffee,tea,sugar. A dining table only for 4 persons & 1 babychair , is also located in the kitchen area. There are 2 shared bathroom equipped with water heater and provide liquid body wash,shampoo,towel and toilet paper. Other things to note Because our house is in the middle of society so we really hope to keep the comfort of each other and also appreciate the environment around our house. Every hour of worship will be heard voices to worship through the speakers of the nearest mosque, especially in the hours of dawn prayer and also sunset. We hope you can understand. Please always give us information if you want to do an early check in, Late check out or stay longer before you arrived at our home. If you need Laundry service, just let me know.
