Please note that all long weekends and public holidays require a minimum two night stay. It is quiet, yet busy, away from it all, but close enough to everything. The space Our working farm in the lush rural Milton, running sheep, cows and a new vineyards is an ideal farm experience, yet less than 10km from Mollymook beach. Morton national park a short 2km walk away. Our property is 28 acres out the back of Milton (Woodstock). The farm stay (self catering) is located in part of a converted farm shed about 100m, across a creek, from the homestead. 2 bedrooms. Queen size bed, lounge with TV/DVD player. Range of movies, board games, playing cards and reading material available. Second room has bunk bed and single bed. There is a portable cot and a high chair available on request. All linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table and chairs. All weather deck with outdoor furniture and had BBQ. We are resident and work on the farm and will be doing farm activities. We are happy to respect guests privacy. You are also more than welcome to interact and participate in activities with us. We have the best of both worlds here. We have the quiet of the country and are only minutes away from the beach. We also have some of the best coffee shops and restaurants as close as 3km away in the Milton area. There is a good bakery and also an IGA for general shopping. There are pubs and a Theatre. Milton is a historic town that has a lot to offer, from antiques to modern fashion and design and has markets on the 1st Saturday of every month. Being on a rural property there is no public transport but there are cabs that will come out this way for a fee. There is a sealed road to the Farm gate. Guest access Guests will be told on arrival where they can safely wander and what time be allowed to help with feeding of farm animals and collecting eggs if they so wish. Supervision of children will be required. Children can get to hold lambs and chicks if in season. Guests can at their own risk paddle in the creek or in the dam. NO SELF CHECK-IN. Late fees apply after 8pm. Other things to note Being on the farm we do not have access to town water. We have tank and spring water. Water usage is therefore crucial. Please be very water wise.
