House with private pool - close to the new bridge

Big house and fully furnish with private pool only for you, house is newly renovated. Its cheaper to rent my house with 5 bedrooms than 1 double room in a hotel * CLOSE TO NEW BRIDGE * 15 minutes from Cebu internat. airport * in 5 minutes - restaurant, bakery and Gaisano GM Cordova, beach/hotel * inside Subdivision w/security * along the highway * 10 min drive to Lantaw (floating restaurant) * 10 min to Gaisano GM Basak, Hospital, Maribago * 20 min driving to SM Seaside * 700 mb internett The space This house is very central now after the new bridge is open The house has deep well water, hot water in all showers, full light outside so pool can be used at night time also The house have 4 aircon. The house is build up with an aircondition system that cover the whole house, all room can be cooled down. Guest access 1 storage room will be locked, full access to the rest of the house Other things to note I expect that my gusts treat the house well without destroying anything & respect the house rules. Minimum rent is 3 days, you can rent for less - but the price will be same as 3 days rent. 1 day rent is the same as party and its not allowed to have party in the house. There is cam outside in the property for protection and follow up water level in the pool, they will be off when there is guests in the house - do not touch the camera. Tv for video, but no Tv channel No animals allowed No party allowed I dont rent out to Diving school When you arrive there is toilet paper, clean towels and bed sheets. If you need more toilet paper there is a shop close by. If you need clean towel or clean bed sheets you need to remember this is a private house and there is a washing machine outside in the garage ;-) There is no room service
