Waikato Hospital is only minutes away also. There are so many options of great places to eat within walking distance including Thyme restaurant, Hayes Common and Duck Island Ice cream Is just up the road Guest access Access to house is via key to be supplied and through front door. Spacious bathroom with separate bath,shower and toilet our laundry and drying racks in garage can also be used. Other things to note The house is occasionally lived in and will be clean and tidy. You are welcome to use things in the fridge & cupboards.
