Professional cleaners clean the room very carefully and ventilate air and ｓterilization and disinfection the room. -2 semi-double beds(H195cm✖W120cm) -Maximum up to 2 people -Free pocket Wi-Fi(not unlimited) -Body soap/Shampoo/Conditioner -1 set of towel(smaller and bigger) towels for each guest for the entire stay (NO towel changes during the stay) -Air conditioning -Basic kitchen utensils (NO seasoning) The space ※Each time the room is cleaned, it is fully ventilated and professionally disinfected for your safety and peace of mind. -There is NO cleaning during the stay. -1 set of towel(smaller and bigger) towels for each guest for the entire stay (NO towel changes during the stay) Guest access You do not share with others. Other things to note [Important Information for Your Stay] Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, on the premises, and near neighboring residences. Additional charges may apply if smoking is detected. A fee of JPY 30,000 will be charged if the key is lost. Please keep quiet after 9:00 PM. Parties are not allowed. For safety reasons, no seasonings are provided in the room. Sleepwear (pajamas) is not provided, please bring your own. Toothbrush sets are provided in the room. Pocket Wi-Fi in the room is not unlimited. If any equipment in the room is damaged or lost, repair or replacement costs may be charged. [Fire Safety & Neighborhood Considerations] For safety, fire prevention, and respect for neighbors, the following actions are strictly prohibited: Bringing or using fire or heating devices Bringing charcoal, firewood, gas canisters, or similar items Using candles, fireworks, portable stoves, BBQ equipment, or any activity involving fire Cooking with equipment other than what is provided by the facility Smoking on the premises or near neighboring residences Loud noise, shouting, lingering outdoors, drinking alcohol outside, or any behavior that disturbs neighbors If any prohibited activity is found, we may require you to immediately stop using the facility.
