Rose, is a studio apartment for two people in a perfect location. It’s one of our 3 studio/apartment. It’s around 18 m2 and consists of a bedroom and a private bathroom. With an open view and light coming from the wide windows, we made sure to include all needed amenities to make your stay in Tirana enjoyable. WE OFFER CAR RENTAL TO OUR GUESTS. The space The apartment is spacious enough for 2 people. It has 1 bedroom with double or twin bed and 1 bathroom. Meanwhile for your indoor time: High speed wireless connection and a Full HD TV and Netflix app installed for you to stream at any time. The place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. While the entrance to the apartment is a shared space between two other apartments; the full place would be private and only for you. The only shared space with other guests would be the main entrance, the hallway and the laundry machine. We live near by, so we’ll be available at all times for any need or request. The apartment has a great location; next to bus station, only 6 minutes’ walk to “Stadiumi Dinamo”; 8 minutes walk to Blloku area where the most famous bars and restaurants are located and 15 minutes walking distance to the “Skanderbeg Square” on the 5th floor of a new building. Keep in mind that there is no lift at the building. The stairs are smooth even if you have a small luggage. With its perfect location, far from the noise of the city, this apartment has everything you need to fully enjoy your stay in Tirana.
