Accomodation is located at the back of the section. There is a security camera monitoring the front driveway and road. The room is very compact cosy and private in a garden setting with a courtyard. My guests so far have told me the bed is very comfortable. There is AC unit. There is a small step onto the unit veranda to access the room. I DONT allow children or pets to stay as there is no room, as well as safety concerns, the room and sectiois not child proof. I provide milk tea and coffee The space There is 1 very comfortable queen bed, all linen is cotton. The room is compact, it was a guest sleepout in a previous life. The bathroom is also small with a toilet, small hand basin, shower, expellair fan, and is very functional. A fridge is provided, toaster, electric jug, coffee plunger microwave, plates etc.. a platter for a cheese board, wine glasses and cutlery, fan and fan heater, iron and ironing board is also provided. Enjoy a glass of wine in the courtyard or relax on the veranda. I provide milk tea and coffee. Shampoo and body wash is also provided. There is NO cooking or hot plate in the room and we dont allow cooking in the room as there is no rangehood, restaurants and takeaways are a 5 minute walk. The room has a security door, insect screen. This room is NOT suitable for children as it is not child proof and I don’t allow pets. Guest access Park in the driveway within the right of the black fence, follow the pavers down through the garden to your private room. There is a small deck a ranch slider with a security door which can be nice on a hot night. Other things to note Sometimes the fire siren goes off at anytime of the day or night. Dont panic it is to call emergency services.
