Welcome to our lovely home! You've come to the right place to experience Amsterdam as it is - a stylish family home in a lovely neighboorhood in Amsterdam City Center. The space We offer a child friendly home (120ft²) that easily accomodates 4 adults or a family with children. Always a max of 4 people, kids included. Our house is on the ground floor so easy accessible. The entire appartment is quite large and consists of two floors. Please note we have steep stairs, as most Amsterdam houses. You will have the whole home to yourself. On the ground floor is a toilet, large living room with a fireplace and open kitchen with a large family table with place for eight adults. Upstairs is the master bedroom with one double bed. There are three children's bedrooms, two of them with a double beds (high sleepers - and adult can not sit up straight in these beds!) and one child room with a single adult size high sleeper. In this bed it is no problem to sit up straight for an adult. There is also a bathroom with toilet, shower and bath upstairs. We have a small but lovely garden where you can enjoy the afternoon sunshine or have dinner outside. In the morning the sunshine is at the front of our house where we have a small bench & picknick table (shared with our neighbours) to enjoy this - yes we dutchies sit on the boardwalk ALL the time :-) We love having visitors, even if we are not around :-) - Free wifi. - Washing machine & dryer. - Fireplace. - Bathroom with seperate walk-in-shower and bath and a seperate toilet (downstairs is another toilet). - Loads of boardgames available - Our kids are slightly older so the house is not baby proof anymore (i.e. no kids dining chair, no fences for the stairs or baby proofed electrical outlets - however stairs can be protected when closing (bedroom)doors - Free use of the Nespresso coffee machine - Fully equiped kitchen with a dishwasher, induction stove, oven and large fridge & freezer. - HiFi system with bluetooth - Netflix on tv and possible to connect your laptop of tablet to the TV through HDMI - Our home has Energylabel B (pdf can be provided upon request) Should you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me - I'll respond within a few hours! Other things to note OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - If you would prefer to have some shopping done before you arrive, please let me know and I will make sure all is available for you upon your arrival. - Amsterdam stairs are steep, as our ours.
