This is a 1920's home that's now a duplex - a classic Nashville structure of its time - uniquely private in the heart of the city. It is small - 525 sq ft and the bathroom is off of the bedroom. There is "on street" parking in front of the house. The neighborhood is a mix of gentrification, industrial and lower income housing. Your Pet must be crated while you're off premises. Convenient access to the fenced backyard - please clean up after your pet both inside and out. Loud, disruptive or aggressive pet will terminate your stay. "Quiet enjoyment" time between 10pm and 7am. Since we do not reside on the property, Security Cameras are at the front door and on a building in the back yard. These cameras are always "on and recording" which allows for viewing and monitoring of ONLY the public space. The security cameras are clearly identified and are disclosed ahead of a reservation confirmation. Self Check-in with an electronic lock. Code will be given the day of your arrival.
