If you are looking for a Stay in mid of plantation with scenic views , off road Jeep ride, Trek to mountains, enjoy the evening with outdoor BBQ and Bonfire and home made food ? Yes, we offer exactly the same in our place which was a residence of a British family few years back The space Location : Located just 6 Kms from Kotagiri and 30kms from Ooty, our place is located in middle of 65 acres estate which offers a stay close to nature. Last 700mtrs road is kind of Off road drive which is suitable only for vehicle with higher ground clearance. No worries, you can park your vehicle in the designated parking area and we can pick you in our Jeep and drive through the plantations. Bungalow: It is a 3 bedroom British bungalow with attached washrooms in each bedroom. Each bedroom has King size beds and a single bed is available in the mini hall. In addition, there are 2 sofa beds and few floor mattresses , so we can accommodate up to 16 members. Food: We have in-house cook and can serve all 3 meals (both Veg & Non Veg) at extra cost. Please inform your food needs 3-4 hours in advance as we prepare the foods based on orders only. BBQ can be arranged with prior notice. Activities : - Bonfire at extra cost of INR 1000 for 2 hours. - Plantation walk - Visit to mini falls which is around 2 Kms from the place (with minimal fee to guide) - Mountain trek (with minimal fee to guide) - Visit to forest/Trek/Unexplored falls (with minimal fee to guide & subject permission from authorities) - Visit to agriculture farm land Guest access Guest have access to entire bungalow, outdoor area and tea plantation in day time. Other things to note - Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Guests use outside area for smoking, please do not throw the cigarette buds in lawn area. - As Nilgiris is plastic free zone, please try to avoid bringing plastic bags or bottles and help us to protect environment. - Wifi / TV are the informed amenities, as we are located in the Hilly area, there may be some problems in the signal / working condition incase of any issues at service provider side or bad weather or any other reason which are beyond our control. - Our place is not suitable for senior citizens. - During bas weather conditions or some situations beyond our control or in unexpected events, there may some lag in facilities like Wi-Fi, Jeep pick up drop, Electricity etc. We will try to address any issues as soon as possible, so if you are looking a star category stay, our place may not fit for it. It is only suitable for people to stay close to nature and ok to adjust if any listed amenities are missing incase of unavoidable situation. - As our place is located in mid of plantation, flies or insects may attract with lights cannot be avoided in certain seasons.
