Welcome to my one bedroom contemporarily decorated ground floor space. A bedroom with a king-size bed, a toilet and an open bath, and a tea area are all private for you. Ideally situated at Marston, the house is located in a quiet area and provides easy access to the heart of Oxford, John Radcliffe Hospital. One off road free parking is available. House rules: Volume must be kept down between 10.30pm to 7am to minimise disturbances to others. Water pipes can be loud. Strictly no party or event. The space In my Lily place, there is an open bath on suite one bedroom with a king size bed (1.5m W X 2m L) and a separate living area with worktop, sink, a dining area and a sofa. You are welcome to prepare cold food yourself as there is not an oven in Lily place. The private areas are shown on the photos. But you also have access to my shared front and rear gardens. The washing machine and dryer are also shared. Hot water, central heating and fast WIFI are available. You are welcome to park your car to the front. Bus number 14 can take you from the Oxford train station to the Old Marston library stop. You may walk for 5 min to get here. Bus number X3 is about 3 min walking distance and is more convenient to get you to the city centre. Otherwise, you may enjoy a half hour walk through the university park to the city centre on a sunny day. Any questions please drop me a message. Guest access You have access of the shared front and rear garden, washing machine, tumble dryer. You have access of the private entire Lily guest rooms. I normally do not see my guests unless required. Other things to note Children may jump on the trampoline in the rear garden.
