Located in the heart of Las Americas, close to the famous hotel Columbus, our sunny apartment is 10 minutes away from Troya beach, 7 minutes away for Las Veronicas strip and only a couple minutes away from the bus stations and supermarkets. The apartment is completely renovated with high quality materials. It is very practical and is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay with all the comfort or work remotely (600 Mb wifi) enjoying Tenerife's beautiful weather The space Our apartment is located in a residential complex, with a community pool and lovely gardens. Please note that it's a private apartment and reception does not serve it. It is modern and fully equipped in order to make you feel like you are in a "home away from home". For those who prefer home cooked meals, the kitchen has all the utensils you need. Both the bedroom and the living room have HD smart TVs, with integrated Netflix app and a wide variety of channels from all over the world, so no one will fight over the remote control. The internet is an optic fiber connection of 600 Mb, perfect for working remotely. The apartment has a full functional alarm system integrated, for your safety. Instructions to operate the alarm will be provided prior check in. This cozy apartment accommodates up to 4 people - for your comfort, we accept max 2 adults and 2 children with an extra charge of 5 eur / night / person after 2 people. Guest access Our guests will have entire access to the apartment and the community pool. The pools are open as long as there's daylight. Sun beds are available and they are charged 1 eur per day. The residence has a pool bar open daily 10.00-20.00 Other things to note The complex has a pool with a bar side area. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POOL SERVICE. Note that the pool is part of the complex, guests can use it for free (only detail subject to payment is the sun bed that can be rented with 1 eur / day) BUT we are not responsible if the pool is closed due to maintenance or any other unexpected events.
