32m2 2-room apt. with private entrance located in ground floor, entrance directly from outside. Your car will be 5 meters away! City center area, FREE private parking in closed garden, Old Town is 3km away. The location has super good access to public transportation (300-400m walk). In the apartment there is a full size bed (140x200cm) and a sofa bed in the living room. Guests have access to washing machine and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, stove and necessary essentials). The space The apartment is located in the city center area (the Old Town is 3km away!), but the closed garden and private entrance directly from the ground floor, let's you feel that you are somewhere in private place, almost like in your own house not in the apartment :) Your car will be behind the window, 5 meters from the front door! Free Private Parking is available in the private yard. It is a city center area and mostly all public parking spots are paid, plus it is really hard to find a free spot when you need it. It is a 2-room apartment, with separate bedroom with full size bed (140x200cm) and connected kitchen and living room area, where there is sofa what can be opened (then 120cm wide, 180cm long) and used as an extra bed. The apartment is suitable for 2 persons to feel comfortable, but when needed can fit also 3 persons. In the kitchen there are washing machine, fridge, microwave with grill function, induction stove, water kettle, basic kitchenware for cooking and eating, you will also find the salt, pepper and cooking oil. There is also a Fresh Press Coffee Maker, but you should get your own coffee. The flat is located 3km from Old Town, what can be reached by 35-40min walk or by really good public transportation connections (tram, bus and train stops all in 3-4min walk).There is a direct tram line from the Tallinn Airport and the central Bus Station.
