Full bedroom with queen Tempur-Pedic bed and the couch in living room pulls out with Queen mattress. The large fully equipped kitchen has a gas range. Complete air-conditioning and heat as well as ceiling fans in every room. A full-size washer and dryer is right off the bedroom. This space is completely yours and Your privacy is assured. The owner lives on the right side and is available should you need anything. Guest access You have entire access and complete privacy to your space indoor and out. The patio and side yard has a 6 foot fence with your own gate. The wide parking area is right in front of the screened in patio you can even park a 30 foot travel van on the property. As the owner, I live on the right side of the house and also have a small tiny house that I sometimes rent out as well on the right side.
