Newly restored, charming apartment is located at the central point of Diocletian's Palace - UNESCO protected, 1700 years old world heritage Diocletian's Palace represents strict Split center which is the oldest city heritage (built in 3rd century). Apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a 2-floor old stone family house, that lies on the original wall of the Palace. ATM, bank, exchange and TOURIST INFO CENTER are in front of the house. There are also bakery that works 24/7, pharmacy, grocery store, green market, fish market are 1 minute walk. Since apt. is at the strictest center, everything is within your reach. Still, thanks to house orientation, the flat is quiet and sunny. This is a separate flat, just for you. I do not live there, but I am at your disposal for anything you may need. This 35 square meter apartment has: - a kitchen (equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, basics such as coffee, sugar, spices, traditional Mediterranean olive oil, cloths, kitchen soap..); - living room with a pull-out sofa for 2 with its linen. Cable TV, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi are at disposal; - bathroom with a shower bath, electrical heater (80 liter), hair dryer, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. Clean towels are provided; - spacious and peaceful bedroom furnished with antique, hand-made bed (Queen size) and the rest of furniture. Check-in and –out time can be flexible, depends on occupancy on a particular day. Split is a small city so it easy to reach anything on foot, especially from the center. The harbor is 5 minutes walk from the apartment,so you can also make a trip to nearest islands, for exp.island 'Brac' is very beautiful. It takes 30-45 minutes from Split to Brac by ferry. To island Hvar it takes 45min-1hour. The distance from bus and train station is just 100 meters. Marjan Park-Forest is 200 meters distance, very nice for walking, jogging, swimming...
