The space We have a charming cottage (fully renovated) with floating floors in the very spacious open plan sitting and dining room and a new kitchen as well as a bathroom with a huge shower. The two bedrooms are a good size with a 5 star hotel-standard beds; King (can be 2 king singles) and a Queen. Outside there is a deck where you can sip a coffee or something stronger as you look out over our 6 acre paddock. Fancy a BBQ or a fire-pit evening? It's all there and set-up for you. Simon has a 30 year history in hospitality and you'll be delighted by the space and the air, as well as a few little extras like a pod coffee machine, home-made jams and eggs from our hens. There's fast WiFi and Chromecast TV and there will always be something cold in the fridge to welcome you for your stay at Somersby Farm Cottage. Come and see us soon. Guest access You will have the whole of the cottage and hedged garden to yourseves. Please note that if booking both bedrooms for 2 people you should book for 3 persons to cover the extra bedroom. However you will always be the only guests in the cottage. Other things to note We do have an unfenced farm dam and two unfenced ponds on our property, so we think it would be important to be mindful of this when booking if you have kids that may be at risk. Your cottage garden is hedged and fenced. Pets are permitted on application. Many of our guests have dogs and it seems to work very well with the fenced cottage garden but also a big paddock for a good romp.
