Our apartment sits on the 5th floor in a quiet neighborhood near National Chengchi University, where you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, and convenience stores. Transportation is easy, giving you quick access to popular spots like Taipei Zoo, Maokong, Shenkeng Old Street, and Taipei 101. The space Enjoy a spacious apartment all to yourself, including a double room, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony. You will have complete privacy and won’t be disturbed by other guests. We also provide air-conditioning, a TV, and WiFi to make your stay comfortable and welcoming. Guest access Guests will have access to almost the entire apartment without sharing any space with others. This includes the double bedroom, bathroom (with separate wet and dry areas), kitchen, living room, and balcony. Please note that this is also our home when we return to Taiwan. We have a guest room and a study room where we store our personal belongings, and these two rooms will remain closed and are not accessible to guests. Other things to note • This is our home when we return to Taiwan, so the space may feel more like a lived-in home rather than a hotel. For example, you may find some of our personal items in the refrigerator or in open areas. That said, we always do our best to prepare a clean and comfortable environment, and provide almost everything you need for a pleasant stay. • We’ve prepared detailed local guides—including transportation tips, restaurant recommendations, and nearby attractions—to help you explore the city like a local. • For energy saving and safety, please remember to turn off the TV, air-conditioner, heater, dehumidifier and gas stove after use and whenever you leave the house. • We make sure the home is thoroughly cleaned and carefully prepared after every guest’s departure, so you can arrive to a clean and comfortable space. As there is no daily cleaning service during the stay, we kindly ask that you help keep the space neat and tidy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. • While we truly strive to offer the best possible service and environment, we understand that our home may not be able to perfectly meet every guest’s expectations or personal preferences. If you have any questions or special requests, we warmly encourage you to ask before booking. We will always communicate honestly and do our best to accommodate within our reasonable capacity. However, please note that requests or complaints raised after check-in, especially those that were not discussed in advance or are considered unreasonable, may not be accommodated and will not qualify for refunds.
