A perfect base for a family holiday or a two couple retreat enjoying all the attractions of Coolum Beach and sunshine coast and with the new deck extension, spa and fire pit all your relaxation needs are taken care of. The space The house is completely self contained and positioned at the front of our large leafy block. For your comfort it is fully furnished including:- > queen beds with fresh quality linen > full separate airconditioning to each room and living room > smart tv with HDMI connection > fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher > washing machine > open planned living room flowing onto timber deck with a 5 person heated spa for plenty of space to relax and unwind. > outdoor fire pit Basic consumables are provided on arrival to get you going including, roll of toilet paper, hand soap, and single use dish and clothes washing detergent. After that you will need to bring your own toiletries and consumables or you can buy everything you need for you stay from the local supermarket which is only 300 meters away. Guest access The house is fully self contained and guests have unfettered access to the entire place. Other things to note We have a very friendly labrador and a cat that live with us that may visit from time to time.
