Family house 3*, feet in the water

Family house built in 1925 (great-grandfather) and renovated in 2019. It is located in a dead end, by the lake (private pontoon), near the port of Sevrier, the sailing club, the tennis club. The cycle path passes right behind the house. Municipal beach 5min walk, riding club 5-10min by bike. Swing in the garden. For those who come by electric vehicle, you have a Green-Up plug. Don't forget to bring your cable! The space The house is approximately 180m². The furniture is that of my grandparents, on the other hand the bedding is recent ... no worries ;-) The price includes : - sheets and towels - beds made upon arrival - end of stay cleaning Guest access Travelers will have access to the whole house. Other things to note - Umbrella bed (with mattress on request, bed linen to be provided), playpen, high chair and baby bath available on request (included in the rental). - 2 individual kayaks and a duo kayak are at your disposal (included in the rental).
