Guests have the entire house to themselves, including access to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom and recently renovated luxury en-suite spa bathroom is upstairs and away from the lower floor bedrooms. The living room and all 3 bedrooms have heating and air-conditioning provided by new Daikin and Fujitsu split systems. There is a huge formal lounge/dining space and large kitchen / casual meals area. Beautifully renovated and modern main bathroom and laundry downstairs with quality Electrolux washing machine and Electrolux heat pump dryer. The white and modern kitchen has feature stone benchtops and new appliances - including brand new Electrolux self-cleaning pyrolytic double oven and multi-purpose convection microwave . The property has been set up with high quality furnishings, fittings and facilities. The bedrooms have all been furnished with mainly Sheridan cotton bedding, and the bathrooms also includes quality Sheridan bath towels/sheets. The kitchen has everything you need - plates, bowls, cups, glasses, wine glasses, serving dishes and guests also have access to a juicer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster and food processor to whip up those delicious and healthy family meals! Sonos speakers are available around the property in the main bedroom and kitchen/meals area - which you can link or group via the wi-fi to play your favourite music via Spotify, Apple Music or similar streaming service (with your own paid subscription). The main lounge TV (with Yamaha Cinema Sound System) is also wi-fi enabled and has Netflix and other streaming apps available (with guest access via your own paid subscription). Given the residential nature of the house location, please be respectful of neighbours. For longer term stays, condition of booking will require guests to water and maintain small garden areas (watering is the main requirement should Melbourne experience warm weather over a prolonged period).
