Our place is great for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families. POSSIBILITY OF A SECOND BEDROOM It is a 5-minute drive from the historic city center of Annecy. Also to discover near our house: the lake, castles, the Gorges du Fier, the Paccard Bell Museum... We are also 20 minutes from Geneva and the Vitam'Parc nautical complex. The space Come and stay in the Zen room that we provide for you. The rooms lock. You can also rent our Blue Room for an additional couple (total capacity of the house: 6 adults). Enjoy the living room, dining room and kitchen. Optionally, you can also have access to the Sauna: a supplement of €10/pers will be required. We will provide you with a guide sheet for the use of the sauna, and other appliances in the house. You also have a barbecue and ping pong table with rackets on site. Possibility of loan of 1 baby crib on request + high chair. Thank you in advance for leaving the kitchen clean after your stay. Reminder: the house is non-smoking and pet friendly. Please respect the neighborhood, no noise and parties after 11 p.m. Quiet residential neighborhood where you can park for free. In front of the house, we have 2 private spaces and 1 garage for motorcyclists. You also have free visitor parking 10 meters away. Bus No. 4 is a 3-minute walk from the house and the SNCF train station + bus station is a 10-minute drive away. you can visit: the Château d'Annecy, the old prisons of Annecy, museum... If you are a ski enthusiast, you will be 20 minutes by car from the Semnoz resort (downhill and cross-country skiing) and 45 minutes from La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand.
