Ocean View Beach House - a modern seaside house overlooking the rolling waves of Surfies Point looking towards Cape Woolamai. An easy 150 m walk down to a paddling / play beach or walk 500 m across the boardwalk through the native vegetation with its own wildlife to a wide flat sandy beach. Central to all the main attractions of Phillip Island but away from the main traffic and bussle. The space The house has everything you need to be fully self-contained or you can take advantage of the wide range of coffee and eating places on and near the Island. A safe playing area for children in front of the house with the covered carport for wet days. The two sleeping areas with the master bedroom and en-suite upstairs make the house ideal for three generations to stay together but with space to spread out or have down time. Unfortunately the house and yard does not suit pets. Guest access You have use of all the house and the full yard. The outside store shed is kept locked.
