Absolute Ocean Frontage Primrose Sands

Simon's house is a clean and tidy beach cottage by the waters edge with a magnificent uninterrupted view across the bay to the southern ocean. Twenty five minutes from the airport and forty five from Hobart we are at the gateway of the Southern Peninsula. The house is in a very quiet location in a well protected bay at the end of a dead end street. The space There can be magical sunrises and sunsets over the bay in front of the house and the occasional visit from a pod of around a dozen dolphins. In front of the house a number of tracks lead to the bay and beach. The house is easy to live in with a log fire for chillier evenings, an interesting range books and games, Netflix and unlimited wifi. There is a brand new kitchen and carpets and the beds are very comfortable. The other guests comments speak for themselves. Guest access You can access whole house as I will not be there while you are staying. Other things to note If you would like extra mattresses please let me know so they can be left out. You can swim straight in front of the house and it is very safe. The main beach is a 5 minute drive away and is a relatively deserted long sandy beach (see photo) of about a kilometre and a half in length.
