The kindness of strangers

Welcome to my home in Levenshulme a quiet suburb of Manchester, yet only minutes from the city center by road, rail, bus or bike. This location is ideal for anyone wishing to visit Manchester or the North West of England. The space The house is within 6 minutes walk of Levenshulme station, which is then just one stop from Manchester Piccadilly, which makes it ideal for exploring the city centre of heading off to Salford or Liverpool. But the house is also very convenient for visitors of Manchester Universities or the Central Hospital site all of which are on Oxford Rd a 10 minute bus ride or 40 minute walk away Guest access Guests have access to their own double bedroom with fresh bed linen and towels. There is plenty of storage space in the room as well as a table and chair and WiFi for those who need to keep in touch with work or family. The room and street are very quite. You share a bath room with the female occupier. There is a good shower and bath. I welcome guests on arrival with a meal and also provide breakfast for the following morning. Then depending on schedules I introduce guests to the neighbourhood. Guests stopping for more than a few days have use of the kitchen including cupboard and fridge space so they can self cater. There are also tea and coffee making supplied in the guest room. I am often working from home, from the dining room table, so this room is off limits after breakfast time. I have a south facing garden which can be a lovely place to start and finish the day (weather permitting). During your stay I enjoy meeting people, and whether you are visiting Manchester as a tourist or on business I am sure we will find some common ground. But I also appreciate my guests privacy. Other things to note There are plenty of books in the house!
