This Property normally runs as a Guesthouse but once a year we rent out the whole place to one group. This property is very centrally located in the leafy neighbourhood of Eastcliff. The property boasts 7 bedrooms, 3 of which are detached from the main house. The Listing is only a 3 minute walk from downtown Hermanus, with all its restaurants, shops and more. The Cliff paths and Marine Pool is only a 3minute stroll away. Great to get to town without having to find parking The space This is normally run as a Guesthouse, but you will have access to the entire Guesthouse and kitchen. This listing comes with staff , who will service rooms daily, do laundry and cleaning. (enjoy the holidays , just relax) We have a big pool with deck and loungers and lots of other outside seating areas. 3 of the rooms, are detached from the Main house and are all en-suite , fridges , tv's and coffee sections. The Main house has 3 Bedrooms. All rooms have Tv's with DSTV. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and bar fridges in all rooms Guest access Pool Wifi Braai areas Parking DSTV and much much more. Other things to note We have staff who live on property but will never be in you're way their is a wooden wendy house where the staff stays. The Staff will do all dishes and laundry. And also look after the garden and pool.
