In the true spirit of airbnb we make our spacious family home available to guests for a family getaway (DM if you have queries). Unique apartment from 1886 (150m2) with 3 different floors and 3 double bedrooms in central Amsterdam located in a side street to the Vondelpark. Walking distance to Leidseplein and Theater district as well as Museum Quarter. Many restaurants and bars located in direct vicinity. 20 mins from Schiphol airport with public transport and 30 minutes from Central Station. The space Access to the apartment is through a very steep - Amsterdam style - flight of stairs (tip is to travel light as we have excellent washing and drying facilities)). A classical living area with stained glass windows and a fireplace as well as a piano, games cupboard and vinyl record collection are available for guest enjoyment on the 1st floor. So is a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a separate study as well as toilet. A modern bathroom with double sink, bath and shower as well as a separate toilet are located on the 2nd floor. So is the master bedroom and second bedroom. On the 3rd floor there is an additional bedroom as well as the laundry room. There is a range of 7 beds to choose from: 1 king size double, 1 queen size double, 1 single, and 1 double sofa bed. The entire apartment is available to you. Free WiFi, fresh bed linen, towels, shampoo and hairdryer will be provided as well as access to cooking facilities and staple food items. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use. Guest access Except for a small storage room on the second floor all spaces are accessible. Other things to note We cannot emphasize enough that the initial flight of stairs to the apartment is very steep! Travelling light is advised as we have excellent washing and drying facilities.
