My studio apartment is located in Pune's most cosmopolitan and bustling area Koregaon Park, in a stand alone building on the 1st floor in Lane no 5 surrounded by well know cafes, bars and eateries. This entire space consists of one bedroom, bathroom and kitchen and is totally private. 1. The bedroom is spacious enough for upto 3 guests. 2. The bedroom is located in close proximity to Osho commune (1.5kms) and Magarpatta/Eon IT park (5kms), railway station (4kms) airport (4kms). The space The studio apartment consists of the following features: 1. One king sized bed with side table. Firm orthopaedic mattress ideal for guests of all age. Single wardrobe with hangers. For the third guest we provide extra floor mattress. 2. Fresh linens and towels along with toiletries (shampoo & soap) provided inside the bedroom during check in and replenished on every alternate day basis. Ensuite bathroom with WC, hot water geyser and shower. 3. AC + Daily Housekeeping + WiFi + 40' LED with cable TV (limited SD channels included) + Free parking inside the premises + Inverter back up (fan and light only) + Tea/Coffee and hot water kettle + 24/7 building security + common washing machine. 4. It's a private apartment room with a separate entrance that you do not share with anybody else. 5. KITCHEN: Induction, refrigerator, microwave, cutlery and crockery, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, filtered drinking water. Guest access My guests will be having access to the entire studio apartment. Other things to note 1. The charges are based on occupancy basis hence please indicate number of adults while sending enquiry or booking. 2. Cleaning service is provided between 11.00am and 1.00pm. 3. Keys of the apartment room can be collected from the security guy. 4. Strictly no smoking in the room. 5. No visiting guests will be allowed in our apartment. 6. Switch the geyser on in your bathroom 15-minutes before your shower. Switch it off after you are done. 7. Internet provider is good and fast but sometimes their server is down due to power outages. Such internet connectivity issue is rare though. 8. We are not able to offer you breakfast, but you may prefer to step out to the numerous all-day cafes around Koregaon Park. Our favourites: Café 108, Yogi Tree Café, Chafa Cafe and Dhaba Shaba (closest). 9. We have a common washing machine for the use of all our airbnb guests and the machine is accessible after 7pm as it it kept in one of the car parkings in the building. Please ask the building security to know where it is located. 10. Please do not ask for extended check out or early check in as we do not have the provision for the same. Please intimate your time of check in after the booking is made. 11. There are more stay options in the same building that we offer on airbnb. Onsite open car park space available on first come first basis. If the parking space is occupied then you can park on the main road outside the building. 13. One bottle packed mineral water provided during check in along with unlimited filtered water available in the refrigerator. 14. For home style cooked food, we have provided a number behind the room door and they will provide packed meals for you at a reasonable cost.
