Located 10 minutes by train from Paris Saint-Lazare station, we welcome you with pleasure in our comfortable house, quiet and with all the comforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible: Wifi, TV, kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, among others. 1 bedroom and a separate living room and a bathroom with shower and WC. An outdoor area is reserved for you with deckchairs in fine weather. We are committed to welcoming you in the best conditions. The space In our cottage located at the end of our flower garden, you will have a fully private space of approximately 45 m2 composed of a large living room with TV and WiFi, dining room and a small well-equipped kitchen (oven, stove , microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle). The sofa is convertible but its comfort is not optimal. It is equipped with a mattress. We therefore recommend it for a single person. NB: count an additional 8 euros for a bed set that will equip the convertible sofa. Please report this request in advance so that we can prepare the necessary linen. The bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. is tastefully furnished and has a wardrobe for your personal belongings. A bathroom with shower, sink and WC will offer you the necessary comfort during your stay. In fine weather, you have an outdoor area with a table and chairs, and deckchairs. Young children are welcome. An umbrella bed is made available to our parents. Our animal friends are also welcomed with pleasure (except category 1 & 2 dogs)! Argenteuil station is about ten minutes away on foot and connects Paris (Gare Saint-Lazare) via line L. The journey takes between 8 minutes (direct trains) and 15 minutes (omnibus). Once you arrive at Paris Saint-Lazare station, you will find many metros or buses that take you anywhere in Paris (allow an additional 10 minutes to reach the Louvre Museum, for example). Guest check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Arrivals after 10:00 PM cannot be guaranteed without prior agreement confirmed at least 24 hours before the start of the stay. Please communicate your estimated arrival time as soon as possible to allow us to organize your check-in under the best conditions. Guest access I live on site and will be happy to welcome you and show you the accommodation. You access the house through a gate that gives access to the garden. The accommodation is located in the back, and is entirely reserved for travelers. Other things to note Anyone renting this property undertakes to comply scrupulously with every point in these rules : 1. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. Smokers are invited to smoke outside and to dispose of their cigarette ends in the ashtrays provided. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a request for compensation of 60 euros to treat odours in the accommodation. 2. Gatherings and festive events are strictly forbidden in the maisonette. 3. In order to guarantee the security of the property and for insurance reasons, only those people expressly mentioned in the Airbnb booking are allowed access to the property. The arrival of any unforeseen person will result in the cancellation of the reservation without compensation, regardless of the remaining duration of the stay. 4. Entrances and exits to the property are unrestricted, but the main access (gate to the street) must be locked after each use. 5. The keys are into your responsibility. In the event of loss of the keychain, the sum of 20 euros will be charged. For practical reasons, please inform me for an additional key. It is strictly forbidden to make duplicate keys, even for a use that could be justified. 6. For their own safety, children must be supervised by an adult at all times. We accept no responsibility in the event of an accident. 7. Pets are welcome, but we ask owners to take their pets out of the garden to ensure hygiene. 8. In accordance with article 211-1 of the French Rural Code and the decrees and ministerial orders implementing it, 1st category "attack dogs" are prohibited. 2nd category "guard and defence" dogs must be muzzled and kept on a lead by an adult (art 211-5 of the CR). 9. Dogs and other animals must not be allowed to run free or even be locked up in the accommodation in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them. Any damage will result in a deduction being made from the security deposit, depending on any damage caused by the animal. 10. Travellers must behave correctly, respect the owner's property, not use objects stored on the site without prior authorisation, nor divert furniture or objects from their normal use. 11. Water consumption and the use of electric heaters must be used responsibly. For safety and environmental reasons, ensure that taps are closed and that electric convectors are set to minimum in your absence. 12. Alcohol must be consumed in moderation. 13. The use of drugs is strictly prohibited. 14. The user undertakes not to use the WIFI service for illicit, prohibited or illegal purposes. You are solely responsible for your connections to this network during your stay.
