It is a very comfortable place to relax and get away from the daily responsibilities and stress. With a panoramic view, a lush garden, and plenty to explore around, you will be spending more time outside than indoors here. The space ★Bedrooms★ - There are 3 bedrooms in this bungalow - all on the ground floor. - Each room is equipped with a comfortable bed, space for extra mattresses, and a view of the lake from every window. - Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. - Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom. - All bathrooms have a solar + gas heater, towels, and basic toiletries available. ★Living Room★ - Bring your whole gang together in the spacious living room that can seat 16 guests. - Lounge in cozy sofas and binge-watch your favourite show on the 60-inch TV with cable. - A desert cooler, 2 ceiling fans, and big windows with a lake view make for an airy atmosphere. ★Kitchen & Dining★ - Dine with a scenic lake view from the indoor dining area for 6 people or outdoor patio dining for 12-15 guests. - The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, glasses, and cutlery available for all the guests. - A refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, kettle, purified RO drinking water, and gas is available. - Kitchen usage by guests is not allowed except for making baby food or tea/coffee. ★During your stay★ - Enjoy east to west panoramic views of the lake from every corner of the house. - A large open terrace perfect for sunrise yoga or golden sundowners. - Guests can walk up to the lake to catch the breathtaking sunset or sunrise. - Self-catered BBQ and bonfire can be arranged on prior request during the dry months of winter and summer ONLY. - Wind down in the hammock, swing, or lie down on the lawn to watch the stars. - The living room opens up to a big patio where you can enjoy board games or work with a lake view. - We have carrom, Jenga, cards, sequence, and other games to keep adults and children entertained. - We also provide two high-powered binoculars perfect for bird spotting or observing the moon. - X-thrill Adventure, just 1 km away from the house has a wide range of adventure activities for all the adrenaline junkies. - Basic toiletries, fresh linen, and towels are provided during your stay. Guest access Guest have private access to the entire place with 3 Bedrooms, 1 Living Room, 2 Bathrooms, Garden Patio, Terrace. Although guests have access to the kitchen, the usage is limited to making baby food or light snacks only. We hire a cook for providing in house meals. Details are provided below. ** IN HOUSE MEALS** Please refer to photos of food menu and charges under photo section of "Dining Area" Other things to note ★Important Details★ - The house is surrounded by greenery and hence post sunset a lot of moths and insects may enter the house if doors are kept open. You must keep windows and doors closed to avoid insects entering inside. - Kitchen usage by guests is NOT allowed except for making baby food or Light Snacks. - Only 2 bedrooms have air conditioning. One room has an air-cooler. - As the house is located in a rural area it is bound to have frequent electrical fluctuations, especially in monsoons. There is a diesel generator which will power all appliances. Genset needs a cool down period of 30 minutes between 3 hours to avoid breakdown. - We also have an inverter that will power all appliances except AC, microwave, and Fridge. - Swimming in the dam water is prohibited as it is dangerous, even for advanced swimmers. Please refrain from swimming or entering the lake. You will solely be responsible for mishaps/ damages/ loss. - The nearest shops in Lavasa are 15 min away but good quality items are not available. So, we advise our guests to carry all necessary items from the city. - Wifi provided has a 2GB daily data limit and may slow down if too many devices are connected and usage is heavy.
