The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and stress-free stay! Dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, large refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, dishes and everything you need to cook. The three bedrooms have a total of 6 single beds of 80cm x 200cm, which can be converted into 3 double beds of 160cm x 200cm if necessary. Please ask before arrival how to prepare the bedrooms. The two large bathrooms have windows and both have a 120cm XL shower. The LAUNDRY room is very small but equipped with a washing machine, dryer and small sink. The apartment does not have a parking space but in the immediate vicinity you can also park for free. Guest access The guest who booked will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Regional Regulations require us to collect the TOURIST TAX of €3.50 per person per night for a maximum of 4 nights per month on behalf of the Municipality of Verona. Children under 14 are excluded. In addition, for your safety and ours, you'll be asked to present your ID upon arrival.
