Both bedrooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and include private bathrooms with direct balcony access. One bedroom has access to a private balcony, while the other has direct access to the main balcony. Guest access Common spaces include swimming pool, gym, business center, and Clubhouse. The Clubhouse includes squash, badminton, and basketball courts for recreational use. The building's rooftop is the largest Sky Garden in Sri Lanka, featuring landscaped greenery, 360 views, helipad access for private air travel. During your stay This apartment is a home away from home for my family and me. I am a Sri Lankan businessman, who has lived in the US for 39 years, but often travel to Colombo for work. I am currently occupying the third bedroom, so I will be available to guests if need be. I am able to provide a 5 Seater SUV with driver (a longtime family contact), so don't hesitate to ask if you need transport. Other things to note Fairway Sky Gardens comes with complete 24 hour security to ensure the safety of all residents and guests. Water's Edge Restaurant for a nice dinner out within short driving distance. Bread Talk, Pizza Hut, Burger King within 4 miles of property. Private market place also on premises. Reserved parking is available free of charge on Fairway Sky Gardens. As we know our guests may need transportation in and out of Colombo, we're happy to provide a 5 Seater SUV Jeep with driver upon separate request. The additional charge would be Rs 15,000 per day.
