Mae's Flat has been recently renovated with a new kitchen and modern furnishings. It has two bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds that can be joined to make a double bed. There are ceiling fans in all rooms and in the hall and AIR CONDITIONING in all rooms and in the hall, to maintain an ideal temperature even on the hottest days. There is a table for 4 on the terrace where you can eat outdoors or have an aperitif! The space It is ideal for 4 people, occasionally we also accept 6 people as we have a sofa bed for two in the hall. The cleaning fee includes 60 euros for linen.. City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 3 nights . If you ARRIVE BY TRAIN, the apartment is an easy 10 minutes walk from Monterosso train station along the sea front. If you ARRIVE BY CAR there is a large car park (FEGINA PARKING) by the beach, just 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, where you can park your car for €25 x day for the first 2 days and then from day 3 onward, €10 per day. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Check in is between 2.00 pm and 5.30 pm - Check out by 10.00 am on departure date. For arrivals after 6.00 pm there will be a LATE CHECK-IN fee to to be paid in cash directly to the person waiting for you after working hours.
