This property is a real place of art, housed in an ancient residence that was the home and atelier of the painter and sculptor C. Adolfo Schlatter at the end of the 19th century. Guests can admire many of his original works, displayed in the same rooms that are available to them. The B&B is fully furnished with antique furniture and offers three rooms, each with unique features: - **The "Carlo Adolfo" room**, also known as the "swan room", is the largest and can accommodate up to four people. It has a double bed and two single beds on the mezzanine. The room has a beautiful window overlooking the front garden and a mosaic bathroom of its own, located in front of the entrance door. - **The "Emma" room** is spacious and offers the possibility of having two twin beds or a double bed. It has a French door that opens onto the cool back garden and an internal bathroom equipped with a bathtub with shower. - **The "gardener's room"** is a small surprise of intimacy and tranquility immersed in the back garden. It is decorated with carved furniture with floral motifs and sky blue walls. The bathroom has a floor of small stones and a shell sink, while the bed is a French double.
