Great vacation home! Perfect for a getaway! This brand new home comes with a breathtaking ocean view, great for hosting family, friends, and any getaway. Located in "Lomas El Sauzal", just blocks away from a corridor of great breweries and restaurants in Calle Primera in El Sauzal. As well, very close to Valle de Guadalupe Winery / wineries and Ensenada city center (10 min drive, Uber service available). Great rooftop lounge, with bbq grill and large cooler, and fully equipped kitchen. Guest access The house has available parking for 2 cars. Some neighbors park in the street, they haven't had any problems, however we are not responsible, as the street does not have designated street parking. (NOTE: Isla San Lorenzo, our home street is not paved yet, the new community is developing still soon to be private) Other things to note The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, no food or beverages are provided. We recommend you stop at a store before arriving. Bring snacks, and enjoy our terrace which is great for BBQs.
