Small house situated in the middle of a large 500 m2 pine filled garden with a large terrace, perfect for relaxation. Airy and comfortable two bedroom house great for a private holiday. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, few meters away from the sea. The space The house is small (55m2) and modest form outside but comfortable and it has an airy feel. It was entirely renewed inside in 2015. There are two bedrooms. One with king size bed and the other with two single beds two single beds, which if put together, form a king-size bed. There is a possibility of sleeping on the sofa in the living room. The house has a private bathroom with shower, a separate kitchen and a living room with TV. Use of spacious garden and terrace guarantees a lovely stay, since there is a big table on the terrace where you can enjoy eating, sipping a cup of coffee over a good book, or share a glass of red wine. Since the house is in the pine shade during the better portion of the day air conditioning is rarely needed, however, as of August 2017 l, we provide air conditioner as well as two electric, air-cooling stand fans for extra comfort. We are very enviroment friendly and we kindly ask our guests to respect the enviroment by limiting the use of water and energy to preserve thia wonderfull microclimate we have. The apartment is 200 meters from the bus station. The city of Supetar is only 3.5 km away and local buses will take you there. From Supetar you can tour the Island of Brač and its many attractions such as the famous beach of Zlatni rat in Bol (38 km away), Hermitage Blaca or Blaca Monastery (30 km away), and of course Vidova Gora (21 km away), the highest mountain of all Adriatic islands (778 m above the sea level). The view on famous Zlatni Rat beach is spectacular! Guest access You have the whole house and the garden for yourself. Sheets and towels are provided free of charge. Dishes, pots and pans are are provided free of charge. Also a washing machine, iron and blow dryer. Residence tax is included in the price Other things to note Children are very welcome. We can provide a cot for the baby or a bed rail for your toddler to prevent falling from the bed. There is also a children s' high chair, IKEA children s' tent and play tunnel and some other toys available for play.
