There are two double bedrooms and an extra long window seat in the living area which can fit two people end to end. You will love the native bush and the constant sound of the birds . The sun or moon rising on the lake is spectacular and the reflection of the sunsets breathtaking. Great features include the outstanding view of the lake and Mount Tarawera with easy boat access, a playground for your kids, BBQ, bush walks around the lake, room for outdoor games, surrounded by beautiful bush and bird life and trout fishing for those with a licence! Rotorua is famous for its thermal activity, hot pools, world class cycling trails and walks in the Redwood forest. You will have access to the laundry but this space is shared with the hosts, so need to keep this in mind. Guest access We have easy access from the road down a new concrete driveway and there is free car parking space for 1-2 cars. You will have access to the downstairs part of this house and share with the hosts the laundry facilities. You will be completely private with your own key. There is also a separate driveway off the reserve that is totally for guests. If they have more than one car they can park on the front lawn Other things to note There is extra parking available on reserve beside this property .. easy access for boats. Or you can park on the reserve side of the house.
