Relax in this cozy 1 bedroom condo located at the 18th floor with stunning mountain and ocean views, overlooking the city, free access to pool and gym. There is a 7/11, laundry shop, Nuat Thai massage and wellness center in the building. One Pavilion Mall is few steps away. Public transportation is accessible right outside the building. Guests will be provided with free access to high speed wifi internet connection, clean towels, shampoo, soap and coffee. The space It's a 35 sqm space with minimalist design providing a clean and relaxing feeling during your stay. The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 extra people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your own meals. The dining table can seat 4 persons. We have a electric cooking range and oven, microwave, an electric kettle, rice cooker and a big fridge. Kitchen utensils are also provided. The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed, a closet, and a great view of the city, the mountain and sea. Guest access Guests have free access to the swimming pool and the gym located on the second floor of the building. Other things to note No parties allowed inside the unit. After booking, it is important that you send a copy of identification cards of all guests staying in the unit. There are security guards on the building and we will be sending them details (name and identification) documents prior to your stay. They will check your access to the building. There are also cctv cameras around the hallways, elevators and public areas. No cameras inside the unit. There is garbage collection around 7-8 pm. They will ring the doorbell around that time. You may give them trash if you have.
