An awesome self-contained sea container cottage!

A cosy and detached beautifully finished shipping container house with a industrial surf theme. Featuring two bright bedrooms, functional kitchenette, a comfortable living area and bathroom. Complete with a reverse-cycle air-conditioning unit in the unit, with fans in the bedrooms. Set on a block of 5 acres, with an abundance of wildlife including; kangaroos, koalas and our chickens. 15 mins to Noosa. The unit sits next the main residence, but is private with plenty of parking on the doorstep! The space The container cottage is on a shared property with the hosts and pet hosts (a cat & chooks) living next door on site. The shipping container house is private from the main house (albeit right next door, but the main house faces completely away from the unit). Constructed of mostly reclaimed and repurposed building materials, floor to ceiling window in the main living room, which floods the building with natural light and lovely bush views and fully functional kitchenette and bathroom. Those looking for a unique holiday alternative, will love the unique exterior design and the clean modern feel the interior presents. We are pet friendly and more than happy to welcome your small dog/cat to our property! After all, they are part of your family! However, we do only allow one SMALL dog OR a cat. Additionally just to be aware, as the property is not fully fenced and the fact that there is a variety of wildlife on the property, including kangaroos, 11 chickens and 1 cat; your furry friend MUST be under your supervision at all times and MUST be on a lead, that’s all we ask - to ensure your pets safety and the safety of the wildlife. A retractable lead is a great idea! Your pet may of course be inside the cottage with you, but we just ask that they could please not be allowed on the beds or the furniture ~ thank you! However, if you would like your pet to sit on the couch with you, please use a pet blanket. Additionally, your pet MUST please be fully toilet trained, due to having rugs in the unit – thank you. We have had very many four-legged friends visit the property & they have absolutely loved exploring the block here! Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further questions!
