Nestled in the quaint village of Giriz still untouched by the chaos of Vasai town, our home makes for a great place to wind down, rejuvenate and relax. This is a place for dreamers to reset, reflect, and create. Designed keeping in mind a slow & relaxed pace, touched with minimalism to help you declutter and calm your mind. Our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay; from sipping chai on the balcony, reading a book, or enjoying the picturesque sunset and the starry night that follows The space *PLEASE READ THE WHOLE INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING* Welcome to our beautiful home ! Villa Prague is my family- home and was built in the early nineties. This is one of the tallest buildings in its surroundings and hence has some amazing views. The sunsets from our balcony and terrace are magical. The Giriz lake is right opposite the road. Take a walk or bike down the road and find yourself amidst paddy fields and banana plantations. Our villa is divided into three independent houses and this airbnb space is located on the second floor. You have your own private entrance. Nobody lives on this property and you will have it all to yourself. It also has a lovely garden and parking space for two cars. The three bedrooms in the house works well for families or group of friends. The space: Our tastefully done living room can seat upto 10 people comfortably. Laze on our couch as you read and sip on your morning cuppa. Or gather around the table and enjoy a game of Monopoly. As the evening comes around turn down the lights and put on the lamps, enjoy the warm mood with a glass of wine and long conversations. We have a range of games and books for your entertainment. Please treat them with care and do not misplace pieces of the games. Two of the bedrooms have wardrobes with plenty of space for your clothes and full length mirrors. All our bedrooms are air conditioned. The master bedroom is west facing and you can wind down and enjoy the beautiful sunset from the window. We have a well-equipped and large kitchen and dining area for the family to gather around. It comes with a fridge, a microwave and an induction cooktop. We also provide basics like tea, coffee, salt and oil. Our bathrooms are fitted with good showers and have geysers for hot water. We provide basic toiletries like soap, shampoo and towels. Incase you need to do the laundry, we also have a washing machine, drying racks and an iron. Please refer to our pictures for the layout of the space. PLEASE NOTE : Our garden area is currently under restoration Food: We could help you out with suggestions of good restaurants that you could order from. Zomato & Swiggy has a choice of restaurants that deliver to our address. We have partnered with tailor made local food experiences that you could book in advance. Experiences: We have partnered with local businesses to offer you a plethora of experiences to choose from . We will send you our guidebook as soon as you book with us and you could choose and book from one of the many experiences. PLEASE NOTE : Our space is in close proximity to our neighbors and hence we request you to maintain the noise levels to a minimum. This space is not suitable for parties. Smoking is not allowed indoors. You may use the balconies to smoke. Ash trays are provided in both the balconies. Other things to note Our space is located on the second floor and has only stairway access. Occasionally we do experience power cuts in the area as it is located in a rural area. These do not last very long. We have an inverter back up and you will be able to use the fans, lights and charging points. However during this time you will not be able to use the air conditioners and other heavy equipment like the induction cooktops and other heavy power consuming equipments. Also note that since we are located in a village in the midst of mother nature you will occasionally encounter bugs and insects. We maintain a thorough pest control. We have provided mosquito and bug repellent should the need occur. Please keep the doors and windows closed after 6 pm to avoid mosquitoes entering into the house.
