Guest Room in Ocean View House

Great value (no SF taxes)! Private room with shared bathroom in quiet neighborhood south of SF, 10-15 mins to GG Park. 15 mins to SFO, 1+ miles to BART station (15 minutes on BART to downtown SF). Real queen size bed, free street parking (driveway is for Master Bedroom). The front door outside metal gate is not locked, but sometimes sticks a little with the fog and temperature changes we get from being on the ocean. Please just reach through the gap to open the latch from the inside. Thanks! The space Beautiful ocean view from the living room! We are on the cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The sunset is beautiful particularly. You can go through the backyard gate to see the ocean but just make sure you close it behind to you keep the wild animals out. We also have a nice massage chair in the living room for you to enjoy after a long day of touring. You can also use the connecting cable of the TV to use with your laptop. Please do not sleep in the living room! Guest access Welcome to our oceanview house! We do travel on business a lot so if we are not here please feel free to check in yourself. You can always text or call our manager if you have any questions. 1) Keys: When you arrive, please find three green lockboxes on the metal door. Find the one labeled “4-Guest” (w/ a red ring). Enter the combination (-we will send to you once booked) and pull the lockbox open (from the bottom). You will find your keys inside. Please take your keys, then close up the lockbox. 2) To open the front door, use the key on your ring that reads “front door” (not the one labeled as “guest”). Open the top lock. After you enter, turn right and your room is #4 and is on your right. You can turn on the room light using the switch on the wall. (The lamp is plugged into an outlet that is controlled by the switch, so you don’t need to turn the switch on the lamp.) Best, James & Jenny & Damaris During your stay We have a manager named Damaris who helps us with our guests if we are around. She can be reached with any questions. Other things to note Uber: If you use Uber, which we recommend, you can usually find a ride from the airport to the house for about $22 - and there are no tips required for Uber. Bathroom: This room shares a bathroom with another room. Keys: Please leave the keys in the room when you leave or in the lockbox. Unfortunately, we must charge a $10 fee for lost keys. Backyard Gate: Please lock it behind you to keep the wild animals out. PARKING(!): --Free street parking. --Watch for the street cleaning hours. --Daly City will give tickets to cars that do not curb their wheels. Please curb your wheels per hill slope. --Do NOT block the handicapped sidewalk access ramps near street corners. Daly City will give a large fine for such parking. Be aware!!! STREET CLEANING(!) : There are signs about street cleaning hours on the street. Be very aware! Streets are cleaned on Monday (noon-2pm) and Tuesday (7-9am). Please park per instruction on the sign. Left behind items: Please inform us asap. We will hold items for you for up to 2 weeks. Please be advised there will be a $10 minimum postage for any returned item.
