The owner personally built the detached "Victorian Villa" wooden house for his own residence, without the help of architects and designers, so there is no commercial atmosphere. There are three rooms for six people, with a complete, cozy and elegant living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom facilities. There is an 800 square meter garden, big trees, sculptures and coffee seats outdoors. It is located in a quiet and wide alley in the countryside. It can be gathered, flowers can be appreciated, it can be quiet, it can be leisure. It is the only New Zealand Victorian country Villa (holiday home) in Taiwan.
