The space Our cozy condo has been designed to make us feel at home when the family is not in North America. Guest access You have access to the whole condo unit with a balcony overlooking the amenity/pool area. Pool and gym access is not included. You can access the pool for a fee and gym is only for owners and long term tenants. Other things to note If guest is staying for longer than 30 days, we will require general cleaning of the unit on a monthly basis. This is to maintain the quality of your stay where we do deep cleaning of the condo, clear the grease trap in the kitchen, replace beddings and towels, etc. The guest will have to pay P2,000.00 cash to our caretakers every month.
