In addition there is an entertainment area with a bar and pool table. An excellent space for families (with children who can swim) or even a couple looking for some relaxation in the sun by the pool. A garage to park 1 car with additional parking for 3 cars in the driveway. Security includes an electric fence, beams and an alarm system. The space The lovely spacious house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. In case of interrupted power supply due to load shedding, there is an inverter and battery back up. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed with walk in closet and en suite bathroom. This bedroom has a sliding door which open up onto the patio and pool area. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with its own bathroom directly across from the entrance to the bedroom. This bedroom has a sliding door which open up onto the patio and pool area. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed with a bathroom directly across from the entrance of the bedroom. This bedroom has a sliding door which open up onto the patio and pool area. Bedroom 4 has a 3/4 bed and it shares a bathroom with bedroom 3. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen which is open plan with the dining area which overlooks a lovely garden. Off the kitchen is a scullery for any laundry/cleaning with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Two very spacious lounges. The second lounge is perfect for entertaining, it has a bar area and pool table and the lounge has 2 large sliding doors which open up onto the large garden area and patio. On arrival there will be clean towels and linen and a cleaning service is available on request, the house will be cleaned 2 times a week depending on the guests request. This cleaning is included in the price. The house has free WIFI and satellite TV. Guest access Guests can access the property through a remote controlled garage or gate access. Other things to note The swimming pool does not have a child safety net or a safety fence, therefore the property is not suitable for an infant who is mobile or for children who can’t swim
