Included: Refrigerator,, Electric 2 burner hot plate,,,Keurig Single-Serve & full pot coffee maker,, microwave,, toaster oven,, cooking utensils,, silverware & modern style bar height counter top eating area. Bedrooms have firm mattresses,,, 32” smart TVs ,,, nightstands,, closets,,, hangers. Bedroom with King bed has a dresser which also converts into a small desk. Was custom made. Living room has large cloth sectional which can sleep 2 adults. 50 inch Smart TV. Long & leveled driveway allows for easy unloading n loading. Guest access Off limits are the following: Our Private Rear Unit. Rear screened in patio. Garage. Other things to note The exterior areas of the house are all under recorded camera surveillance. This is for the security of the home and for the added security of all guests. Please do not tamper with any cameras. The thermostat for the central air unit is controlled by an app on my phone/tablet. Guests must inform me of their desired temperature setting for their stay or request thermostat access code. Doors and windows must remain closed & locked at all times. However in times where outside temperatures are cool & comfortable, the front door may remain opened for fresh air but AC must not be on.
