Also has easy access to NLEX highway for trips to Manila and North Luzon. ******* No parties or large gatherings allowed ******* The space The house is very spacious, modern, clean and can comfortably accommodate 8 people max. It has a double bed in the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom/shower and 5 single beds in the remaining 4 bedrooms. It has a gated car port for parking your vehicle over night and a large rear space perfect for hosting family gatherings. Please note we can only accommodate 1 vehicle. There are air con in 4 of the bedrooms and the 5th has an electric fan. The living room has 2 air con. The upstairs bathrooms have hot running water. The bathroom downstairs only has cold water. Pls note: We are located in a gated community not in a hotel complex and do have neighbours. There will be some surrounding noise just like any other neighbourhood in Angeles and the rest of Philippines. Unfortunately we cannot control the noise levels of tricycles, dogs, neighbours celebrating etc so if you require peace and tranquility then this house is not for you. Guest access Our aim is to make our guest feel comfortable and to enjoy their stay. Guest will have access to the whole house and can use the the appliances i.e cooker, microwave, washing machine, kitchen utensils, TV & wifi. Other things to note ELECTRICITY AND WATER CHARGES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE SO NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT CHARGES ON CHECK OUT. Guests are expected to clean the house during their stay.
