Air conditioned little cabin with private entrance in a 24 hour security patrolled Eco-friendly estate - Coomera Waters. Theme parks near by Dreamworld is only 10 minutes drive. 6 minutes drive to major shopping center (Coomera westfield town center ) and train station. corner shops are 2 to 3 minutes drive. The space is exceptionally private, there is no shared space with us ( the hosts ) other than the driveway. It is a great place to unwind, rest, stay in or stop over. Free fast WIFI. The space The cabin is separated from our main house and is carefully positioned to maximize privacy for both hosts and guests when it was built, accessed through the side gate which is your private entrance. Once entered, you are in your courtyard, a kitchenette laundry and bathroom ( not attach to your room ) are access from here, they are exclusive for your private use and totally blocked off from the host family. Fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer are provided. Kitchenette has a small fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and a fry pan for your convenience. There is also an outdoor kitchen with BBQ hot plate and sink for your exclusive use in your courtyard but no oven. A new washing machine has installed in kitchenette area. Milk, tea and coffee are provided also 2 cold beers in the fridge for you on the day you check in, some snacks too. We don't restock supplies or provide meals. Step up from your courtyard is the patio with outdoor dining set, slide open the double french doors you are in your sunny air conditioned living and bedroom, large windows look out to our well-maintained garden. The space is ideal for 2 guests however we can accommodate couple with infant/child, portable cot available ( see additional photo) upon request, please include the age of your child in the message at the time of booking. Strictly no pet/s please. Guest access * Guests have access (free of charge) to 2 of our resident recreational facilities including swimming pools ( one is heated in winter) Gym, sauna, tennis courts. They are located nearby. * Please park your car on the left side of our driveway as you drive in. * Coomera Waters body corporate enforces parking rules that all overnight cars must be removed from common property ( grass areas ) and parked on private driveway. * If you coming with 2 cars , you may park one car behind the other ( fit 2 small cars ). Other things to note Bathroom, kitchenette and laundry are not attach to your bedroom but they are only few steps away and are in your private space. Car is essential in this part of Gold Coast.
